Eosinophilia due to NSAID

Clinical data:

Male, 29 year old. He presents with itching and hives following the consumption of non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID).

CBC & differential: Normal results for RBC and PLT. Significant increase of eosinophil absolute and percentage values is clearly visible on the LMNE matrix as a population presenting high staining reactivity with Chlorazol Black (Leucodiff). The size of these cells is comparable or higher than the neutrophils. Neutrophil cloud is extending into the LIC area, mainly in the immature granulocyte zone (IMG).
